The recovery method depends on how you originally registered your if account.

Go to the Password Reset Page
Enter your 「メールアドレス」 (email address) and submit
You’ll receive a 「パスワード再設定メール」 – Password Reset Email
Tap the link inside the email to set your new password
✉️ If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or email filters.
💬 Once a new password is set, your old one becomes invalid.
Use the new password for all future logins.
These login methods use OAuth authentication,
so you cannot reset your password directly on if.
Please reset it through the external service instead 👇
